If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these general terms and conditions may be made available to the consumer in such a way that it can be easily stored on a durable data carrier. If this is not reasonably possible, the trader shall indicate where the terms and conditions can be accessed electronically and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, the consumer may always rely on the provision that is most favourable to them in the event of conflicting conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer is subject to limited validity or specific conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
Offers are non-binding. The trader reserves the right to modify or adjust the offer.

The description shall be sufficiently detailed to enable a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. If the trader uses images, they shall be a truthful representation of the products and/or services offered. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind the trader.
Each offer shall clearly state the rights and obligations involved in accepting the offer.

If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the trader will promptly confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.

If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must notify the trader within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying the return.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The costs of returning products are to be borne by the consumer.
The trader shall refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal, provided the returned product has been received.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

-
Are custom-made;
